You choose the card which becomes the base card for the Foundations. This choice is crucial for your success or otherwise in the game.
There are eleven cards in the Reserve (positioned vertically down the left hand side of the screen). These can ONLY be played to the Foundations.
Empty spaces in the Tableau are AUTOMATICALLY filled from the Waste pile (or the Stock if the Waste is empty).
